Small scratches and marring of our shatterproof acrylic crystals can be removed using a buffing cloth and Poly Watch or similar compound to restore your crystal to superb condition. If you prefer to have your crystal replaced, we can install a new OEM crystal for $129.00 (return shipping included). 

While our Phoenix Eagle series are rated water resistant to at least 5atm, we DO NOT recommend swimming with this series as they are not specifically designed for water but will withstand occasional submersion. Under no conditions should the chronograph pushers or crown be manipulated while the watch is submerged. Avoid wearing the Phoenix Eagle in hot tubs, saunas, and hot showers. 

Standard service intervals to keep your mechanical chronograph in optimal condition should be between 5-7 years under normal use. Phoenix Watch offers a full spectrum of repairs and services supplied by our in-house Master Watchmaker.
